Our head office is located in Paris in the 8th arrondissement. Our workshops are located in Lyon in the 1st arrondissement.

  • We ship both locally and worldwide.

Delivery delay :

  • Local ones take 5-12 business days to deliver to you and we ship within 2 days.
  • Shipping time may vary depending on location, shipping method and other external factors which unfortunately are beyond our control.

We offer the ability to track your order once it is in transit. Wait 3 days after your order and check your mailbox. You will find a confirmation email explaining that your package is in transit. Click on the transit number to track your package in real time!

  • orders are free in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
  • International orders will be charged for shipping based on the delivery method and payment you have chosen. The total price will be displayed at checkout.

Your satisfaction is 100% important to us. We understand a 15-day return and exchange policy:

  • If a product is damaged or defective during a delivery, we will issue a 100% refund. under certain conditions.
  • Timing: We have a 30 day return and exchange policy, from the day the item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns please email contactmiavita@gmail.com with the subject “Returns” and include your order number, name and reason for return.
  • The vendor vendor instructs the customer where to send the returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packet" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email from them informing them of the status of the refund.
