Delivery and Shipping Terms
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.
Free local delivery is available for all orders.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a follow-up number that you can use to check your status. Please provide a 48-hour deadline for the availability of follow-up information.
If you did not receive your order within 7 days business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) following receipt of your confirmation e-mail, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your name and your order number, and we will review it for you.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original state, and we will refund you the total amount of the order less shipping costs for return.
In case your order is damaged, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible to email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
